Kay, guys,
I got my review from TJ's Computerr:: Warning, it's extremly long. Haha xD
Review:
Kay, so me and my mom left at the house around 12PM.
We got to Vienna around 2PM.
So we pretty much just walked around Vienna for liek 2 hours and got back to Jammin' Java around 4PM.
Then I looked over and saw this van wiff a trailer thingy attached, and we saw some guys carrying things in.
Then I made my mom drive over to where they were and ask this guy (who turned out to be Matt) if they were with Owl City.
So Matt was liek, "Yeah. You looking for Adam?" (and smiled his gorgeous smile), && my mom was liek, "Yeah, she is", and pointed to me.
&& Matt said he was inside, but he would deffinatly be staying after the show.
Then Matt shook my hand and was liek, "I'm Adam's drummer, nice to meet you" (once again wiff his adorable smile) xD
So then we talked to Matt for liek 5ish mins (he's soo sweet) and then he went back to help take stuff in.
While he was taking ish in I started blasting Owl City && he walked around our car cause somebody wanted him, but then he liek, stopped in front of my mom's car && realized we were playing Owl City and smiled and gave us a thumbs up :] So cutee
So a few mins later, me && my mom went inside (first ones in, haha) and they took our paper && stamped our hands and ish and let us sit in the loby-ish thingy behind the marked off area to the actual concert area ish. So while we're sitting there Adam starts doing sound check. Then all of a suden I hear "Hello Seattle" And he did part of "On the Wing" and then he started playing wiff the equipment&&ish and making random noises, haha.
So after he got done with sound check I look behind me at the door and there was a huge line backed up to get in. There was seriously liek, a room full of people wiff Owl
City shirts on. So we went and stood behind the marked off area and waited for them to let us in. Then finally after about an hour of waiting, at liek 6:50 this guy came to let us through to the concert area and started teasing us. He liek, started to pull back the marker thingy and was just liek "Nooo, wait, hold on..." and he pulled it back all slowly, haha. So then everyone litterally ran in. I was the first one in so I found a place to stand right in front where Adam was gonna be.
Then while we were waiting for Swimming with Dolpins to come out, I talked to this girl that was standing next to me. So after a while Swimming with Dolphins finally came out. They're pretty awesome :]
So, after they performed Matt came out and sat down at the drums for a second and then he saw me & waved&&smiled at me. =] Then he left and went backstage again.
Then everyone was standing around for a minute and all of a sudden this cute little cartoon intro thing came on the screen at the back of the stage and liek 30 seconds in it says "OWL CITY", && as soon as it comes up, everyone screams. Then after the Owl City intro thing, Matt walked back across stage and sat down at the drums again.
Then... ADAM !!!!!
Seriously, almost everyone in the room was screaming at him.
He came out and started wiff a remix-ish of "Hello Seattle"
Wiff people pretty much screaming the whole time. xD
Then after he was done he looked around at everyone screaming, and smiled and was liek, "...wow, thank you" :]
So he sang "Dear Vienna", "Designer Skyline", "Hello Seattle", "On the Wing", "Rainbow Veins", && a new song, "Strawberry Avalanche"-which sounds AMAZING =D-and some other songs.
Oh! && liek, half way through "Rainbow Veins" he stopped and let everyone in the audience sing. Seriously, no one stood still the whole time he was performing... everyone was dancing and singing along and jumping up and down and clapping the ENTIRE time.
Btw, his vocals, music, everything, is FLAWLESS live. Just woah. Beyond amazing. &&he's extremly adorable in person <33 xD Great crowd too :] Tons of Owl City fans... just incredible.
So then while the last band was performing (they were allriiight.... wasn't paying much attention to them though, cause I was over by the merch tables) I bought both of Owl City's albums after the show for my dad, cause he wanted me to get something signed for him, and bought both of them for myself, even though I already bought them off of iTunes forever ago. x]
Oh&&Swimming with Dolphins' album.
So then we saw the guy from Swimming with Dolphins, so I got him to sign ze CD and got a pic wiff him.
So a little later I look over and see all these people, and realized Matt was signing stuff (Smiling the whole time =] gah, I love his smile), so me and my mom got him to sign our shirts and the CDs. && I got a picture wiff him :]
+a hug!!! He's a great hugger, hehe, liek, extremly tight squeezeyergutsout hug =]
Then we asked him when Adam was comming out, && he said he would be out after the last band got done.
Then as Matt was walking back through (with his sandwich, haha) he smiled at us and was liek "Thanks for comming out, it was nice meeting you guys" :]
Finally, after what seemed liek forever, the last band finshed &&... ADAM !!!
He walked over to the merch tables and we got in line second, right behind the first group of girls, to meet him. So I get in line with my mom, and it finally hits me that Adam Young is litterally 2 ft. away from me, and I was just liek 'oh... my... gosh.'
Then the girls in front of us handed my mom their camera to take their picture wiff Adam, but then my mom handed it to me to take instead. && I was liek trying to keep myself from shaking the whole time, to take the pic.
So then I handed them back their camera and I was right in front of Adam.
&& then I pretty much lost my ability to speak for liek 5 seconds. && he reahed out for a hug, and I was just thinking, 'Oh... my... gosh'.
&& finally I got my ability to speak back && was liek "oh.... c-can you sign these?" and handed him my stuff, he was soooo sweet, he smiled and was liek "Of course!" and signed my Owl City Stuffed Owl and CDs. Then after he handed them back to me, && I think my mom asked if I could get a picture wiff him and he put his arm around my back && smiled for the pic. Then I was liek "can you sign my shirt too?" and he smiled again and was liek, "Absolutly" and signed the back of it.
So I said Thank you to him liek 27362987398 times, lol.
Then he looked at my mom's shirt that I designed for her with Adam on it && it said Owl City wiff an owl on front, and he was liek, "niceshirt!" so my mom asked him to sign it && he signed it.
Then he gave me another hug and I was liek, "Thanks Adam! Love youu" && he was liek "Awww, thanks so much" and hugged me tighter. So cutee.
Then we left
&& on the way home I called my dad && pretty much spazzed on him, haha.
So, yupp, beyond amazing night =]
